My Friend Tom’s Sleep Problems

Sleep Problems At Christmas Tom tells me he is sleeping quite well at the moment, although over the Christmas break he told me he was unable to sleep at night and he had trouble staying sleep as well. So he was having the two sleep problems together. He asked me if I thought his sleeping problems at this time of year were related to the rich and plentiful diet he was enjoying over the festive period. Because it is Christmas many people often eat and drink more than they should and if you do this it can impact on the quality of your sleep. Anyway, in Tom’s case it turns out to have been a short term difficulty and he’s sleeping alright now. That was the last I heard from him, although every night is different and he can’t predict how he will sleep tonight. Last night I couldn’t get to sleep. I have been a bit poorly the last few days, though I don’t know the cause.
